Terms and Conditions:

  1. The first party (Rent A Car) will provide good condition car with drivers,
  2. Both party contract will be valid for next one year. Rental Period 26 Days in a month,
  3. This agreement should be kept in force for at least one month before the first party and the second party will be issued, after one month,
  4. For cancellation both parties will be notified through notice one month ago.
  5. First party will submit the bill by the first week of the next month and Second Party will pay the monthly bill accordingly,
  6. Second Party will pay ferry, bridge toll, parking charge etc. if needed.
  7. Second party will pay BDT 50 hourly rate of OT when perform more than 10 hours. Moreover, Driver will get BDT 500 if he performs duty on Friday and holiday.
  8. Second Party will pay BDT 1,500.00 only for the work on each Friday / holiday to the fist party.
  9. Office time schedule will be changed on the hartal / strike / blockade day by the Second Party. Vehicle will play according to that schedule.
  10. Second Party will use the vehicle for 6 days in a week according to the office requirement.
  11. First Party will provide a substitute driver in case of absent of driver.
  12. All rates mentioned above without AIT and VAT
